Tickets.com, Inc. has been around since 1995 and is a leading provider of fully integrated event ticketing technologies, solutions, and services for thousands of top arts, entertainment, and sports organizations worldwide. Tickets.com, Inc. is a privately held subsidiary of MLB Advanced Media, LP, the interactive media and Internet division of Major League Baseball. Tickets.com, Inc. has 2 main business divisions: a business-to-business (B2B) division and a business-to-consumer (B2C) division both aimed at delivering innovative ticketing products and services. Leadership Team

Joe Choti
President & Chief Executive Officer

Joe Choti joined Tickets.com in October of 2010 as Chief Technology Officer. In this role Mr. Choti was responsible for the strategy, development, execution and implementation of Tickets.com software products and related infrastructure.

Mr. Choti also held the Chief Technology Officer position for MLB Advanced Media (MLBAM) since 2001. Mr. Choti joined MLBAM from Screaming Media, Inc. where he served as CTO. He has held the CTO title and senior project management positions for several major information service and development companies.

Now as the CEO, Mr. Choti will provide both strategic direction and executive leadership for Tickets.com. Mr. Choti received his BS in Computer Science from Wesleyan University.

Derek Argobright
Chief Technology Officer

Derek Argobright will oversee all product offerings with a particular focus on digital and mobile ticketing experiences. Prior to taking the reigns as CTO, Argobright served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering for Tickets.com overseeing all software development. Mr. Argobright received his undergraduate degree from New York University.

Cristine Hurley
Chief Financial Officer

A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Hurley has a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University and completed the Executive Program at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

Ms. Hurley joined Tickets.com in May 2013; she most recently was a Partner at Pro Forma Advisors, where she consulted on financial feasibility and economic impact studies relating to sports. Her previous positions include the role of Vice President, Team Finance for the National Basketball Association and the Chief Financial Officer for the Los Angeles Dodgers Major League Baseball franchise.

Curt Clausen
General Counsel

Curt Clausen joined Tickets.com in May, 2014 as General Counsel. In this role, Mr. Clausen is responsible for strategic and tactical legal initiatives and managing all corporate legal affairs.

Prior to joining Tickets.com, Mr. Clausen was an associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where he practiced in the firm’s Antitrust Department. Mr. Clausen received his law and undergraduate degrees from Duke University, holds an MPA from North Carolina State, and is a three-time Olympian.

Derek Palmer
Managing Director, Executive Vice President, International

Derek runs the international development and strategy at Tickets.com. A 17-year ticketing veteran, Derek was involved in the consolidation of the various ticketing organizations prior to the acquisition by MLB Advanced Media and was instrumental in the deployment efforts of both the ProVenueElite and ProVenue® ticketing systems. Over the course of his tenure with Tickets.com, he has also experienced nearly every facet of the company's operation, including client support, training and installations, technical service, consumer services, professional services and strategic operations.

Setting internal record history with new client integrations, Derek has perfected this set-up process by aligning the right internal resources and developing the appropriate execution teams launching clients such as San Francisco Giants, Washington Nationals, Seattle Theatre Group, and The Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

Additionally, Derek has major event experience working as ticketing manager for the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia and a call center trainer for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, GA. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from George Mason University.
